  • "Effective Emailing training by John Graham is recommended to everyone who: often has to communicate in writing, deals with clients where the quality of the relationship is important, wants to be more organised in their writing, and wants to be more purposeful in their communicating.
The strength of the training is, in addition to the 'non-dry' theoretical summaries, the practice orientation."

    Norbert Juhász Payroll Analyst
  • "I would like to recommend John's training to medium-sized companies who want their mid-level managers holding meetings and working professionally in an international environment."

    Tibor Barasits Managing Director
  • "Impactful Presentations is a fantastic and really useful course. John was amazing. I really enjoyed all the sessions and gained lots of practical skills. The material in this course sets a good foundation that can be applied on a daily basis."

    Miklós Bákai Team Leader
  • "I loved John's training on intercultural communication and negotiation strategies as it had a quite different, international approach that is not so usual in Hungary. I can describe his training as truly interactive, problem solving, with team games and lots of useful information. It was really worth taking part in!"

    Tamás Bogád Export Manager
  • "My primary reason for taking John's course was to listen to a talk about intercultural business in English. Right after the first few minutes I realised that this was much more than that: instead of receiving a simple presentation, we did individual and group tasks. Everyone cooperated enthusiastically, and by the end of the day we became a real team. Apart from many other things, I learnt a tip from John which I have already effectively applied and which has helped me gain more business. I recommended to the organizers to arrange some more trainings with John. I hope I can join one soon."

    Ráthy István General Manager

What to expect

Company group & Open course training:

Sessions build on sessions
and at the end you'll have something tangible to take away with you, e.g. useful emails, a practised meeting, or a ready-to-use presentation.

Interactive and practical.
You will take part in simulations, even in the very first session, meaning you will improve in the training room, and then get it right in real life.

You will learn the skills and situational language
through active participation and practice. For example, you will learn what to do and say when opening a presentation.

Lots of small group work
leads to more innovative ideas and solutions, additional individual speaking, interaction and teamworking opportunities.

We use a 'Prepare, Practise, Present' training method
which gives you the best platform for learning and preparing for your future business communication.

You get great material;
copies of the slides and workbooks mean that you have something to refer to ahead of your future business communications.
