Whatever language you write your emails in, 2 things are vitally important: you should think about what your reader wants to know (not what you have to say), and you should have a well structured routine.
Here is a great 7-step routine you can use to create almost any e-mail:

- List all the questions your reader would ask
- Order them appropriately
- Write the answers to formulate your e-mail
- Proofread
- Trim (or Edit)
